Nunam dot
(Apr 2020 - Mar 2022)
Nunam dot is an advanced electric vehicle battery monitoring device. It generates real-time battery data and creates a single, reliable source of information for optimal battery operation. In addition to monitoring battery health and track warranties, Nunam dot also provides safety alerts and helps fleet operators plan effective operating strategies. I designed a compact, IP65 ABS-PC injection molded packaging. It utilizes a water-proof connector to establish CAN-based communication with the battery, sending data to Nunam's cloud for processing.

In collaboration with Dr Jobayer Chisti, Senior Scientist at ICDDR in Bangladesh we developed an affordable bubble CPAP airway circuit at 1/5th the cost of solutions in the market. I was responsible for designing and prototyping the disposable airway circuit. I worked with manufacturers in Taiwan to produce 2500 sample units for clinical evaluation.
The bubble CPAP system is composed of an external pressurized oxygen source, a bacterial viral filter, nasal prongs and a pressure generator water chamber
